What You’ll Be DoingManage financing transactions from inception through closingDraft and negotiate loan documents and related financing instrumentsReview title, survey, zoning, and other due diligence materialsCoordinate with clients, borrowers’ counsel, and other transaction participantsHandle construction loans, syndicated/securitized loans, mezzanine financing, intercreditor arrangements, and complex capital structures
What They’re Looking For2–6 years of commercial real estate finance experience, preferably representing institutional lendersExperience drafting and negotiating loan documents and managing transactions through closingStrong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong academic credentialsLarge regional, national, or international law firm experience preferred
