Ams-Staff is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to negotiate with developers, manage transactions independently, and provide practical legal advice.

- Provide practical legal advice.
Requirements
- 5+ years of substantive real estate experience preferred.
- Experience with commercial and/or residential real estate transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, purchase and sale agreements, real estate closings, title and survey review, commercial leasing, easements, access agreements and restrictive covenants, real estate development and entitlements, land use, zoning and permitting, real estate financing, development agreements, and municipal/governmental approvals.
- Experience with General Plans and Housing Elements is a plus.
