Real Estate Attorney

5+ years of substantive real estate experience preferred. Experience with commercial and/or residential real estate transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, purchase and sale agreements, real estate closings, title and survey review, commercial leasing, easements, access agreements & restrictive covenants, real estate development and entitlements, land use, zoning & permitting, real estate financing, development agreements, municipal/governmental approvals. Experience with General Plans and Housing Elements is a plus. Role involves negotiating with developers, managing transactions independently, and providing practical legal advice.
