NRIT Software Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer specializing in Automation Testing to join our innovative team in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts ensuring software functionality and performance. Execute comprehensive test plans, analyze results, and identify software defects. Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand application requirements and testing needs. Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on testability and maintainability. Track and report testing progress, establishing success metrics for automation efforts. Mentor junior team members on best practices and tools in automation testing. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C#. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is a plus. 2-4 years of relevant experience in software testing and automation.
