Software Developer - Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure software functionality and performance. Execute test plans, analyze results, and identify defects in software applications. Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand application requirements and testing needs. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on testability and maintainability. Track and report testing progress, establishing success metrics for automation efforts. Mentor junior team members on automation testing best practices and tools. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proven experience in automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG). Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is a plus. Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in software testing/automation.
