Akerman LLP is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (5+ years) with strong title, survey, and closings experience supporting homebuilders and developers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives managing high-volume transactions and taking ownership of deals from contract through closing.

Responsibilities

Manage commercial land acquisition and disposition transactionsReview title commitments, exceptions, surveys, and legal descriptionsPrepare closing documents, binders, and trackersCoordinate closings, funding, and document executionTrack deadlines and manage multiple active deals

Qualifications

5+ years real estate paralegal experience (law firm required)Hands-on closings experience for developers/homebuilders strongly preferredStrong knowledge of title/survey review and contract administrationExperience managing multiple transactions independentlyProficient in MS Office and iManage or similar systems
