Responsibilities:Record Transactions: Post and process journal entries accurately to ensure all business transactions are properly recorded.Accounts Receivable and Invoicing: Update accounts receivable records and issue invoices promptly.Accounts Payable Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts payable to maintain accurate financial records.Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in compliance with legal and company guidelines.Monthly/Yearly Closings: Collaborate with senior accountants to facilitate smooth monthly and yearly closings.Additional Projects: Support other accounting projects as needed.
Minimum Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.Excellent command of MS Office applications.Strong attention to detail.Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of numbers and figures.Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
