Our reception team is the heart of the clinic…answering phones, checking in patients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and making every visit warm and stress-free.

What we’re looking for:
• A people-and-pet person with a positive attitude and great communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy but supportive environment
• Reliability and a team-first mindset
• Veterinary or customer-service experience preferred (not required)
