Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome every customer with a smile.
• Manage table reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and provide information about the menu, hours, and events.
• Maintain a tidy and inviting front desk and entrance area.
• Assist with order taking and communication with café staff when needed.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and empathetically.
• Manage waitlists during busy periods and communicate wait times clearly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and serving teams to ensure smooth table turnover.
• Support event organization and promotion of café specials.
• Maintain guest records, feedback forms, and reservation logs.
• Process payments and operate the POS system as required.
• Ensure café policies and hygiene standards are upheld at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum High School Certificate (HSC); diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, hotel front desk, or customer service role preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills in Bengali; basic English communication is required.
