Receptionist

We are seeking a polished, personable, and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests at a premier automotive dealership.

What you’ll do:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls for sales and service
- Assist customers with questions and guide them to the right department
- Greet every customer with professionalism and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training
- Handle and de-escalate customer concerns
- Serve beverages and snacks at our complimentary coffee bar

Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent phone and email communication skills
- Experience in a moderate-pressure environment, decision-making skills preferred
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Professional work attire is a must
- Proficiency with business software (Email Clients, Microsoft Office, Gmail for Business,)
- Valid driver’s license for at least one year

$ 20.00/HR | FULL TIME
Monday–Saturday
Schedule varies between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
