RICARDO is hiring a Recovery Specialist for a temporary, on-site position in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. The role offers compensation of MX$ 20,000 per month. You will analyze financial data, coordinate recovery efforts, and help improve the company’s financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review financial data to identify outstanding recoveries and develop resolution strategies.
• Communicate with clients to negotiate repayment arrangements and address disputes.
• Maintain accurate recovery records for reporting and compliance.
• Analyze recovery trends and performance metrics.
• Work with finance, customer service, and other teams to improve recovery processes.
• Prepare reports that support management decisions.
• Stay informed about regulations and standards relevant to recovery practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop data-informed recovery strategies.
• Familiarity with financial software and tools.
