The firm works with insurance carriers, specialty insurers, MGAs/MGUs, wholesalers, brokers and other organizations throughout the country.

Responsibilities

• Open doors, develop relationships, create new business and close deals.
• Develop clients and generate new searches.
• Recruit top talent and make placements.
• Learn the industry, develop your own client relationships and build a book of business.
