Job description
Position: Recruitment Coordinator / Executive (Referral & Candidate Mobilization)
Location: Client Location (As per requirement)
Type: Full Time
Job Role: Identify, source and mobilize candidates for various client requirements.
Eligibility:
- Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferably).
- Good communication skills (English & Local).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Willingness to travel (as per requirement).
What we offer:
- Performance-Based Salary ₹300 per eligible candidate (who joins & completes the requirements)
- Candidate Counting Period: 26th of one month to 25th of the following month.
- Target: Mandatory 30 eligible candidates per month.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday), Sunday – Week Off.
- Travel Support: At that time you need to go to the drive location. We will provide TA + DA and Accommodation.
- Probation Period: 3 Months.
