Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in recruitment marketing. Collaborate closely with the HR team to align marketing strategies with hiring goals. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs, showcasing our company to potential hires. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing and recruitment purposes. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a related role preferred.
