Conduct market research to identify recruitment marketing trends and best practices. Collaborate closely with the HR team to align marketing strategies with hiring objectives. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize results. Represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs, showcasing our employer brand. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in social media platforms for marketing and recruitment purposes. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or related roles preferred.
