Recruitment Officer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team! QUALIFICATIONS: 25–40 years old, With experience in sourcing and recruiting Household Service Workers (HSWs), Knowledgeable in applicant sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Organized, hardworking, and able to work independently, Willing to work on-site in Makati City. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Source and attract qualified Household Service Worker applicants, Conduct initial screening and interviews, Maintain and update applicant records and recruitment databases, Coordinate with applicants throughout the recruitment process, Assist in recruitment activities, pooling, and job fairs, Ensure applicants meet client and deployment requirements.
