Job description
WORK LOCATION: CAINTA, RIZAL (RRJ HEAD OFFICE)
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course
• With at least 1 to 2 years work experience and/or above 3 years with specialist experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced setting
• Strong knowledge of various online job platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Adept at using ATS and other HR tools is a plus
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are welcome to apply.
