Job description
About the role
Lead sales representatives across the Midwest for an international specialty dental company selling directly to practices.
The team calls on oral surgeons, implantologists, and periodontists.
Tasks
- Approximately 70% new business development and 30% account management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of field sales management experience preferred
- Top-performing sales representatives with sales training or associate management experience may also be considered
- Specialty dental experience preferred, particularly implants, biologics, endodontics, or orthodontics
- Medical sales to physician offices, B2B sales management, or pharmaceutical district management backgrounds considered with an excellent track record of at least two years
- Strong new business development focus and an energetic leadership style
- Formal sales management training is a plus
- Stable employment history
- Based in Chicago, Minneapolis, Detroit, or Cincinnati
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%
- College Degree required
Schedule
- Requires ~50% travel.
Pay
- Base Salary: $120k-$135k
- Total Compensation at Plan: $220k-$245k
