REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Location: Bohol Area
Responsibilities
• Managing employees: training new employees, and ensuring employees work together effectively
• Managing inventory: Coordinating with dealers about inventory orders, stock levels, and availability
• Managing sales: Organizing sales promotions and in-store events, analyzing sales figures, and forecasting future sales and must have cooperation with the Channel Manager
• Managing customer service: Dealing with customer queries, complaints, concerns, and feedback
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• With experience in managerial position within the Telco industry.
• With experience in retail and operations
• Familiar with the mobile business
• Must own or have access to a laptop (laptop allowance will be provided)
• Can start ASAP
Retail manager must have:
Leadership, Organization, Customer service, Financial management, Problem-solving, Communication, Work ethic, and Marketing and advertising.
💰 Salary: Depends on qualifications, skills, and experience. Qualified candidates may earn more than ₱30,000.
