Regional Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and handle clients across the assigned region, including EPCs, distributors, and contractors.
- Manage sales pipeline and regional orders from inquiry to delivery Provide technical guidance and solutions to meet client requirements.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments within the region. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, design, and project) for seamless execution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns promptly.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify opportunities. Prepare regional sales reports and performance updates for management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in construction products or building materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license for fieldwork.
- Knowledge of construction materials, pipes, fittings, or related products is an advantage.
