Job description
About the role
The Regional Vice President oversees a portfolio of community locations and teams, operating in a general manager capacity under the direction of the CEO. The role has direct managerial responsibility for community teams at each location and accountability for the portfolio’s financial performance, including top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability.
The role also focuses on delivering a best-in-class member experience across every location, driving new member acquisition and retention, and achieving and maintaining stabilized recurring revenue.
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise Area Managers and Community Directors/Managers across the regional portfolio.
- Set and continually raise the bar for world-class hospitality delivery.
- Mentor and develop team leaders across hiring, training, and performance management.
- Identify and develop high-potential talent to build internal mobility pathways.
- Partner with local teams and Business Development to drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.
- Work with Finance to build monthly performance tracking and reporting to senior leadership.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve.
