Job description
Path of Purpose is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Facility Manager in Pasadena, California. In this on-site leadership role, you will oversee daily facility operations, support staff delivering individualized behavior intervention plans, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations and ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and support staff implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to client needs.
- Provide hands-on coaching and training in behavior analysis and de-escalation techniques.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting programs as appropriate to support individual goals.
- Facilitate communication among staff, clients, and families to strengthen program effectiveness.
- Lead regular team meetings, encourage collaboration, and address operational concerns.
- Report facility performance, client outcomes, and staff development needs to upper management.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is highly preferred.
- One to three years of experience in behavior analysis or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of empathy and de-escalation techniques.
- Familiarity with behavior analysis software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond effectively to unexpected challenges.
