Job description
Path of Purpose is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Facility Manager to join our Pasadena, CA team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated staff and positively impact the lives of individuals through applied behavior analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations ensuring compliance with safety and health standards.
- Support and coordinate staff in delivering individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Provide hands-on training in behavior analysis and de-escalation techniques to team members.
- Monitor client progress and adapt programs to meet evolving needs.
- Facilitate effective communication among staff, clients, and families to optimize outcomes.
- Lead regular team meetings to promote collaboration and resolve operational issues.
- Report facility performance, client progress, and staff development needs to upper management.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; RBT certification highly preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in behavior analysis or related fields.

- Strong knowledge of empathy and de-escalation techniques.
- Experience with behavior analysis software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
