Kaniz Fatema Nasrin is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This full-time position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report significant changes to medical staff.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment options.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
• Assist in medical procedures ensuring a safe and sterile environment.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

In this role, you will also engage in special projects aimed at improving service delivery and patient satisfaction. You will work closely with doctors, nurse practitioners, and nursing staff, fostering a collaborative professional network.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Hawaii.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.
• Clinical experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS or PALS certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and medical software.
