Farhana Mannan is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Hawai‘i Kai, Hawaii. Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following strict safety protocols.
- Conduct routine patient assessments and accurately document health histories.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention strategies.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and promptly report significant changes to the care team.
- Provide emergency care to stabilize patients when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment adhering to infection control standards.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
- Valid Registered Nursing license in the state of Hawaii.
- Strong patient care and communication skills.
- Preferred certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Experience in acute or primary care settings is desirable.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Minimum 1-2 years nursing experience preferred.
