Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following strict safety protocols and best nursing practices.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, updating care plans and documentation promptly and accurately.
• Educate and support patients and their families on health management and preventive care strategies.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Perform routine diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently to ensure seamless workflow and positive patient experience.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical nursing skills and knowledge.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Hawaii.
• Strong clinical assessment, patient care, and communication skills.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred.
