About the role

Sanctum is Saskatchewan's first HIV Hospice and Transitional Care Home, providing 24/7 support for people living with HIV who face complex social, medical, and high risk conditions.

We also offer compassionate palliative care for clients with end of life needs.

Tasks

The HIV RN provides clinical leadership, direct nursing care, and guidance to home support staff.
Lead and support home support staff; provide clear direction and feedback.
Address daily client and staff concerns; model trauma informed and harm reduction care.
Manage difficult conversations with staff or clients when incidents or conflict arise.
Uphold SCG policies and escalate concerns through appropriate
