About the role

Eli's Place is building Canada's first long-term residential therapeutic community for young adults aged 18 to 35 living with serious mental illness.

On a 600-acre working farm and conservation property just north of Guelph, Guests live and work together, with individualized clinical care built alongside real work in horticulture, conservation and land stewardship.

Tasks

• Be the nursing presence in the daily life of that community.
• Help set up our nursing intake, medication safety, health teaching and emergency response practices from the ground up.

Requirements

• BScN, CNO registration in the General Class and at least three years of nursing experience, ideally in mental health.

Schedule

• Full-time, mostly daytime, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Pay

• $78,000–$96,000
