Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and conducting assessments to evaluate patient needs. Document patient information and progress in electronic health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date communication among healthcare team members. Educate patients and families on health management, medication adherence, and care plans to promote better health outcomes. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Assist in coordinating patient discharge planning and follow-up care to ensure continuity of care. Participate in training and mentoring new staff and nursing students to foster a culture of learning and professional development. Adhere to infection control protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff. Required and Preferred Qualifications Must possess a Nursing degree/diploma from a recognized institution. Valid DHA / MOH license is mandatory Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of electronic health record systems is a plus.
