SNAB SOLUTION is hiring a full-time Relationship Manager in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This on-site role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, support customer satisfaction and retention, and contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and responsive service.
- Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, maintain active client engagement, and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct follow-ups and client check-ins to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights.
- Prepare and present reports on account activity, client feedback, and service improvement efforts.
- Participate in team meetings and training to share insights and best practices.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency with CRM software or similar tools for managing client information.

Compensation and Employment
