Telesales Representative (Telecaller) – Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

SNAB SOLUTION is hiring a full-time Telesales Representative (Telecaller) in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. In this customer-facing sales and service role, you will connect with prospective and existing customers, answer questions, support client needs, and help achieve sales goals. This is an on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide attentive service.
• Record customer interactions accurately and keep lead information updated in the database.
• Work with the sales team to identify opportunities and recommend relevant products or services.
• Follow up with customers to confirm their needs are met and introduce additional services when appropriate.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights that can help improve service and sales strategies.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets while following company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using CRM software and phone systems.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with sales analytics or customer feedback tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of effective sales strategies is preferred.

Compensation and Schedule

Salary: 15000 per month. Employment type: Full-time. Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This role is not remote.
