Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records. Respond promptly and professionally to emails and inquiries. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing team calendars. Prepare and distribute communications, reports, and documents as needed. Resolve basic administrative issues and help implement office procedures. Support special projects ensuring deadlines are met. Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry. Experience with administrative tasks preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software tools. 1-2 years of relevant administrative support experience is a plus.
