Compile and analyze guest feedback for continuous improvement. Support hosts with administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth operational workflow. Collaborate with the team to implement marketing strategies to attract potential guests. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with customer service or hospitality preferred. Proficient with computers and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite). Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. 20+ of age This role operates within a supportive and collaborative team structure. You will report directly to the Operations Manager while regularly interacting with property owners and other team members. Cross-functional collaboration will be essential for addressing guest needs and improving service offerings.
