Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize daily scheduling and calendar management to optimize team productivity. Respond to emails and inquiries promptly, providing exceptional customer service and support. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for documentation. Assist with project management tasks to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed. Conduct research and compile data to support various projects and decision-making processes. Continuously monitor and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills. Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Problem-solving skills with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
