Position Overview

Help maintain accurate financial records and dependable accounting routines for future client teams. Bookkeeping, general accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable are separate experience tracks. You do not need experience in every area. Please identify the responsibilities you have personally handled and the specialty in which you are strongest.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and review financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Reconcile balances and investigate discrepancies using supporting documentation.
• Support bookkeeping, general accounting, accounts payable, or accounts receivable workflows in your selected track.
• Maintain organized financial records and provide clear updates to finance teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and strong attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software, reconciliation workflows, and spreadsheets.
• Examples of work personally completed in your selected specialty.
• Availability to work US business hours as an independent contractor.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting US-based clients or teams.
