Potential Responsibilities

• Review project documents, drawings, and scope within your specialty.
• Maintain schedules, project records, quantities, or cost information as applicable to your track.
• Coordinate information and follow up with project stakeholders or contractors.
• Check document revisions, record assumptions, and flag gaps or changes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and strong attention to detail.
• Practical experience with construction project tools, drawing review, quantity takeoffs, estimating, and spreadsheets.
• Examples of work personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability during U.S. business hours and willingness to work as an independent contractor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or teams.
