Remote Data Entry Clerk – Consumer Information Specialist | United States

Lon Dennett is seeking a dedicated Remote Data Entry Clerk – Consumer Information Specialist to join our team. This full-time remote position is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. You will be responsible for accurately managing and entering consumer data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting efficient data management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter consumer information into data entry software with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Verify and correct data entries to maintain database integrity and reliability.
• Generate and prepare detailed reports based on entered data as requested.
• Assist in data cleanup efforts by identifying and removing duplicates and obsolete information.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and enhance data handling procedures.
• Communicate effectively to clarify data requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all consumer information at all times.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in data entry software to ensure efficient and accurate data input.
• Strong attention to detail to uphold data quality and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and issue resolution.
• Prior experience in data entry roles is preferred but not mandatory.
