Remote Data Entry Clerk – Consumer Information Specialist | United States

Lon Dennett is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk – Consumer Information Specialist to join our team. This full-time remote position is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. You will be responsible for accurately entering and managing consumer data to ensure our databases remain precise and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter consumer information into data entry software with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Verify and correct data entries to maintain database integrity and reliability.
• Generate and prepare detailed reports based on entered data as requested.
• Assist with data cleanup tasks, including removing duplicates and obsolete records.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and enhance data handling processes.
• Communicate effectively to clarify data requirements and promptly resolve issues.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all consumer information at all times.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in data entry software to ensure efficient and accurate data management.
• Strong attention to detail essential for maintaining data integrity.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and problem resolution.
• Previous experience in a data entry role is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation: $45 per hour
