Remote Insurance Virtual Assistant – Florida City, FL

Ocean VA Solutions is hiring a full-time Remote Insurance Virtual Assistant. This work-from-home role supports an independent insurance broker serving clients with home and auto coverage.

Position Details

• Location: Remote; listed in Florida City, Florida, United States
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, weekends off, with no extra hours
• Pay: $4 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by phone, email, and chat.
• Process policy changes, mortgage changes, and certificates of insurance.
• Assist customers with billing, invoices, and account servicing questions.
• Collect information for home and auto insurance quotes and run quotes through rating systems.

Qualifications

• At least two years of insurance industry experience is required; independent agency experience with home and auto insurance is preferred.
• At least two years of remote work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced written and spoken English, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
• Adaptability and the ability to follow established processes.
• Computer and reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Applicants must not be currently enrolled in school.
