Position Overview

Remote Logistics Coordinators support purchasing and logistics by keeping order records accurate, following up with suppliers, and tracking shipments. You do not need experience in every specialty. Describe the responsibilities you have personally handled and the areas where you are strongest.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain purchase, order, and shipment records.
• Follow up with suppliers and logistics contacts regarding shipment status and missing information.
• Monitor delivery dates and flag delays or discrepancies.
• Prepare updates and supporting documents for purchasing and operations teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail.
• Practical experience with purchasing, inventory, shipment tracking, and spreadsheet systems.
• Examples of work personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability to work US business hours as an independent contractor.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the relevant industry are helpful, but are not requirements for every opportunity.
