Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of vacation rental properties, ensuring maintenance and compliance with industry standards. Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance or repairs. Manage bookings, guest communications, inquiries, and reservations efficiently. Prepare detailed financial reports including budgets, revenue tracking, and forecasting for property owners. Implement effective marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and increase property visibility. Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve issues to maintain exceptional guest experiences. Collaborate with local vendors and service providers to uphold service quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certification in Property Management is mandatory. Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and property owners professionally. Proficiency with property management software and related tools. Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management or a related field. Strong understanding of local rental laws and regulations. As part of our collaborative team, you will report directly to the Operations Manager, ensuring alignment and transparency on all projects. This role is critical to driving guest satisfaction, owner relationships, and business growth. Compensation: $2,200 per month, full-time position.
