Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online platforms and networking events.
- Engage candidates with effective communication to evaluate skills and job fit.
- Conduct interviews assessing qualifications and cultural alignment.
- Maintain and nurture talent pools, updating candidates on job opportunities.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate smooth communication between clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with recruitment team members to improve sourcing strategies.
- Keep detailed records of candidate interactions using Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; further education in Human Resources or Recruitment preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting or related experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview methodologies.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
- Proficient with recruitment software, especially ATS systems.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
