Remote Solar Appointment Setter (US Homeowners) - Mexico

Spartan Solar is hiring a full-time remote Solar Appointment Setter based in Mexico to contact homeowners in the United States and schedule virtual appointments with our solar sales closers. This role focuses on booking appointments; you are not expected to close sales.

Compensation

• Base pay: $3 per hour, paid weekly in USD through Wise
• Performance incentives: $10 when a homeowner attends the appointment, $25 when they sign, and $465 when the job installs

Schedule

Full-time hours. You must be available for every shift from 5:00 to 9:00 PM US Eastern Time, when homeowners are most likely to answer.

Responsibilities

• Cold call US homeowners using the provided calling process.
• Clearly explain the opportunity and book virtual appointments for solar sales closers.
• Communicate professionally and accurately with prospective customers.

Requirements

• Fluent, clear, neutral English that US homeowners can easily understand.
• A laptop, headset, stable internet connection, and quiet room.
• Availability from 5:00 to 9:00 PM US Eastern Time every shift.
• Submit a voice note reading the script naturally, as you would on a real call. The voice note is part of the screening process.
