Job description
Immediate hiring! Make a real impact in our community. Must be able to work a 3 day a week shift—evening or overnight. We’re looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently while supporting adults experiencing homelessness, mental health and housing instability.
Shifts available:
- Evening shifts 4:30 PM - 12:30 PM
- Overnight shifts 12:30 AM - 8:30 AM
Residential Aides help support residents and Transitional house operations, resident engagement, documentation, cleaning, safety monitoring, and resource connection.
Experience in human services, behavioral health, shelters, healthcare, or community services is a plus, but we’re also open to the right person who is dependable and willing to learn.
Virginia Beach, VA. Reliable transportation required. Background check required. $16-20 hour.
