Residential Clinical Director

About the role

Diamond House Detox & Recovery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Clinical Director to lead and strengthen residential clinical services. The role provides clinical leadership and oversight for residential treatment services and supports a safe, structured, recovery-focused treatment environment.

The director works with the Program Director, Outpatient Clinical Director, Admissions, Medical, Behavioral Health Technicians, Program Managers, and other interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, support program performance, and ensure continuity across levels of service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support to therapists and clinical staff in the residential program.
• Oversee individual, group, and family therapy services to support clinically sound, consistent, effective care aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Oversee treatment planning, discharge planning, clinical documentation, and level-of-care decision-making.
• Oversee residential programming and the therapeutic milieu.
• Support clinical quality, compliance, and client outcomes.

Requirements

• The role is for a licensed clinical leader passionate about high-quality client care, residential programming, team development, and a recovery-focused treatment environment.
• Ability to work in a collaborative 24/7 treatment environment and mentor clinicians.
