Key Responsibilities Perform lock installations, repairs, and replacements across residential, commercial, and automotive properties. Respond to emergency lockout situations in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. Conduct on-site evaluations to recommend security solutions tailored to clients’ needs. Maintain accurate records of services rendered and manage inventory of lock and key supplies. Engage with customers effectively to understand their locksmithing needs and provide expert solutions. Collaborate with team members to handle complex projects and share knowledge to uplift overall team performance. Stay updated on locksmithing trends, tools, and best practices to reinforce service excellence. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. Proven experience in locksmithing, with 2-5 years preferred. Strong problem-solving skills paired with attention to detail and effective communication abilities. Basic mathematical skills for accurate calculations regarding security measures. Customer service experience that exemplifies professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. Tools and software familiarity relevant to locksmithing practices. Industry-standard certifications in locksmithing are a plus.
