Tasks

  • Welcome guests with a smile and make them feel comfortable
  • Manage reservations, seating, and waiting lists
  • Guide guests through the menu and answer basic questions
  • Coordinate with the service team for a smooth guest experience
  • Handle guest feedback politely and promptly

Requirements

  • Good candidates preferred for this role
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada is a plus)
  • Pleasant personality and confident approach
  • 0-2 years of experience (freshers with a passion for hospitality are welcome)
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
