About the Role
Viva Recruitment is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-performing team at a prestigious five-star hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Strong Assistant Restaurant Managers ready to take the next step are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to uphold five-star service standards.
- Manage staffing schedules, performance, and team development.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory to support profitability.
- Collaborate with culinary and food and beverage teams to maintain quality and introduce new ideas.
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
Requirements
- Experience managing a restaurant in a five-star hotel or fine dining environment.
- Strong Assistant Restaurant Managers with leadership potential may be considered.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of guest service, restaurant operations, and financial management.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional presentation and a passion for hospitality excellence.
