Requirements
- College level, with at least 2 years completed.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Shift Manager, or Assistant Manager.
- Experience in casual dining, fine dining, or fast food is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of P&L, food costing, labor costing, food safety, quality management, FOH and BOH operations, team management, and sales.
- Willing to be assigned to Operations Mall, Cash & Carry, Ayala Malls Vertis North, or Ayala Malls Manila Bay.
- At least 2 years completed; experience in a restaurant or any service industry is an advantage.
