Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored career advice, including job search strategies and interview preparation techniques.
• Edit and proofread resumes to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards.
• Stay current with industry trends and job market changes to offer relevant insights.
• Collaborate with consultants and team members to enhance overall service quality.
• Measure client satisfaction and success through feedback and follow-up communications.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience in resume writing and career consulting.
• Strong knowledge of various industries and job market trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certification in resume writing or career coaching preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and career development tools.
