Deloitte is seeking a skilled Resume Enhancement Specialist on a contract basis in London, England. In this role, you will empower job seekers by transforming their resumes into compelling marketing tools that highlight their skills and achievements, helping them secure interviews and advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized consultations to understand clients' career goals and experiences.
  • Review and analyze existing resumes, providing actionable feedback for improvement.
  • Develop customized, polished resumes that effectively showcase clients’ strengths and accomplishments.
  • Stay informed on industry hiring trends and job market demands to offer relevant guidance.
  • Apply advanced writing techniques to improve clarity, impact, and presentation.
  • Assist clients in optimizing their LinkedIn profiles to complement their resumes.
  • Maintain detailed client records and track progress to measure interview success rates.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Proven resume writing experience with strong writing and editing skills.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume formatting best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and LinkedIn platform.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in career coaching, resume writing, or related roles.
  • Resume writing certification (e.g., CPRW) preferred.
