Resume Enhancement Specialist – London, England

Deloitte is hiring a contract Resume Enhancement Specialist in London, England, United Kingdom. In this role, you will help job seekers present their skills and experience effectively through clear, tailored resumes and complementary LinkedIn profiles. You will work with clients to understand their career goals and turn their experience into compelling application materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand clients’ career goals, experience, and strengths.
• Review existing resumes and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
• Write and refine polished, tailored resumes that highlight relevant skills and achievements.
• Keep current with industry trends and job market expectations to offer relevant guidance.
• Apply effective writing and editing techniques to improve clarity, organization, and presentation.
• Help clients optimize LinkedIn profiles to complement their resumes.
• Maintain client records and track progress, including interview outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least two years of experience in resume writing, career coaching, or a related area.
• Proven resume-writing experience with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume formatting considerations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and LinkedIn.
• Resume-writing certification, such as CPRW or equivalent, preferred.

Work Environment and Compensation

Join a small, collaborative team that values creative input and work closely with the lead career consultant. This is a non-remote contract position based in London. The stated compensation is 30000 per year.
