Tasks

• Coordinate and oversee the full administrative workflow of custom garment orders, from customer inquiry, quotation, order entry, artwork approval, to final delivery
• Develop and implement office procedures to streamline order processing for screen printing, embroidery, and heat press production, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Review customer orders and artwork specifications to ensure all production details (design size, color, garment type, quantity) are properly documented before releasing to production
• Act as the central liaison between customers, graphic designers, and production staff to ensure clear communication of job requirements and timelines
