About the role
Polyserve Philippines Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Activation Promotions Manager to drive retail sales strategies and manage promotions and activations.
Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
- Plan and manage retail events, pop-ups, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure store displays and event set-ups follow brand standards.
- Coordinate campaign requirements with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and store teams.
- Brief and train store and event staff on promotions, brand messaging, and upselling.
- Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and event agencies for timely campaign execution.
Requirements
- College graduate or undergraduate.
- 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, trade marketing, sales activation, or brand promotions.
- Strong skills in project management, event coordination, and cross-functional leadership.
- Willingness to report to the Head Office on a weekly basis.
