Retail Sales and Activation Promotions Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive retail sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
- Promotions & Activations: Plan and manage retail events, pop-ups, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure store displays and event set-ups follow brand standards.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and store teams to manage campaign requirements.
- Team Leadership: Brief and train store and event staff on promotions, brand messaging, and upselling.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and event agencies for timely campaign execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate or Undergraduate
- 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, trade marketing, sales activation, or brand promotions.
- Strong skills in project management, event coordination, and cross-functional leadership.
- Willing to report to the Head Office on a weekly basis.
