WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Customer service
- Provide exceptional personalized customer service
- Greet and assist every customer with warmth
- In-store customers always come first
- Offer great recommendations

STORE CLERK
- Maintain a spotless and welcoming environment
- Follow cleaning and store procedures
- Process laundry orders

PROCESSING LAUNDRY ORDERS
- Handle drop-offs and make sure orders are completed properly
- Use POS system to track and process orders
- Manage orders with tracking and keep track of delivery

YOU’LL ALSO PLAY A KEY ROLE
- Assist customers and offer equipment guidance
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and package laundry with care
- Sell retail products and upsell services
- Keep the store, restrooms, and parking lot clean
- Support community initiatives and events
- Work independently and as part of a team

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:
- Customer service mindset and genuine desire to help others
- Detail-oriented
- Basic computer/tablet skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Flexible availability (must work at least one weekend shift)
- Problem-solving skills

PREFERRED:
- Previous customer-facing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Laundry services experience

Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish)

SCHEDULE
- Must maintain consistent schedule with changes as needed.
- Most shifts at 2:30-7:30pm available, and a 3-6pm shift is available (part-time).
- Work required: 15-20 hours/week.
