Retention Manager Job in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay

We are seeking a dedicated Retention Manager based in Ciudad del Este, Alto Paraná Department, Paraguay. This full-time role offers a monthly salary of PYG 6,000,000. The Retention Manager will be instrumental in driving customer loyalty and retention strategies to support the organization’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective customer retention strategies to boost engagement and minimize churn.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns focused on retaining existing customers.
• Monitor and assess retention initiatives using key performance indicators.
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Prepare and present detailed retention performance reports to senior management.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in customer retention.
